By accessing or using the PYRESEC API service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by NanoClone Life Sciences Ltd. ("we", "us", "our").
PYRESEC provides AI-powered code security auditing services including Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Software Composition Analysis (SCA), and automated code remediation. Access to the Service requires payment per request via the x402 micropayment protocol using USDC on the Base blockchain.
All payments are processed via the x402 protocol on Base Mainnet. Payments are final and non-refundable once a service tier response is delivered. Pricing is as follows: Quick Scan ($0.01 USDC), Deep Audit ($0.50 USDC), Automated Remediation ($5.00 USDC).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Security analysis results are generated by AI models and may not identify all vulnerabilities. You are solely responsible for validating findings and evaluating risk before making security decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanoClone Life Sciences Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service request giving rise to the claim.
Source code submitted for analysis is processed in real-time and not retained. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You may not use the Service to: (a) scan code you do not have authorization to analyze, (b) attempt to circumvent payment requirements, (c) overload or abuse the Service, or (d) use results to facilitate malicious activity.
The Service, including its AI models, API design, and branding, is the intellectual property of NanoClone Life Sciences Ltd. You retain full ownership of your source code and analysis results.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms, pricing, or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
